However, I have to use Chinese and You also have to install sony shared library from recovery cd. Now everything is fine with my Korean win98. Hotkey, PPK and Power panel works great.

Off Topic: Sony Vaio F807k
The most important ones to get the Jog Dial and Hotkeys working (in addition to the Jog Dial Utility and the Hotkey Utility) is the Sony Shared Libraries. Without these libraries installed, nothing will work. Jog Dial, Hotkeys and Sony Notebook Setup in the control panel. So I am content with XP Pro for now.
