I kept assuming that the new hardware was the jog dial, and was looking for some jogdial.inf file. Instead, it was the "Sony Programmable I/O Control Device". I found the driver in c:\windows\driver\sonypi.inf. Now I have the jog dial working. I'll try getting the Hotkey utilities to work next. --Mark.
